vaillant ecotec pro 28 f22 error

My boiler screen is showing an f22 error and the pressure is low.

Could the two things below be the bits that I need to turn?

On the far right of your pic is the valve that you need to turn on.
You need a spanner to turn it 1/4 turn. Usually has a plastic handle ,but your has been removed !
