just installed a new veritas 8 on board keyad panel but when i arm it zone 7 lights up and stays on but it is linked out in the panel
any ideas what the issue could be would be much appreciated thanks lee

Hi Bud many thanks for the info i did check the screws and the link is solid as only using 5 zones and link the rest ill speak to the suppliers to see what they can do

Should be able to disable the zone in the zone disable suite option 48 in the mean time

Picture of wiring/ pcb it’s easy to get it wrong.

Ie one leg in zone 7 and other leg elsewhere.

as it’s one wire looped in the zone that’s the most likely error, fault is another possibility.
