Videx and Benninca

I have in place a Videx 836m for the door and just added a second one for the gate is all working fine but I added a 12V DC relay so that I can open the gate on 0 when called in but I can't understand where to connect the NO and C on Beninca control panel and the initial installer passed away I called Beninca technical but they seem to not give you any details unless you are an installer could anyone tell me were to connect the NO and C on the board

Benninca what ? Sliding gate ? More info needed or picture of controller

Is a BENINCA BRAINY 24V PCB BOARD have a mag lock and 2x BOB30 swingers they are operated at the moment by a press to exit button a Net2 reader and a timer to open automatically the gate 5 am leave open for 30 min and a remote control and I added the Videx 836m panel is working fine but if I want to press 0 to open I added a 12V DC relay and that works fine I just need to find NO/C on the gate board so I connect the relay hum will open the gate when i press 0

Connect to terminals com 27 and then 28 or 30
This will depend on your gate set up functions for open/close

Grate That is working the problem I have when they call in I answer I press 0 on the phone the relay make a noise but not open the gate If I turn the green button on the relay opens the gate but not close the gate unless I turn the green button manually
