Hey All, question regarding the Central Monitoring station when arming the alarm - the number (877) 440-7820 is no longer in service and now my Visonic has the permanent Trouble indicator now that the panel cannot handshake with the remote central monitoring station. Is their any way to disable the panel from calling out when arming it?

Without looking at the manual I can’t tell you the exact sequence.

So in the manual you need to look for the section that covers this and then use the engineers code to program it off so it no longer dials out

if it isn't in the manual then you must be looking in the wrong manual, if you believe its missing then you need to contact visonic. I believe there may be differences between UK and USA models as the requirements are different.
Ok, looks like I need the master installer code, I only have the installer code that I setup several years ago when I installed the system. I do not have the menu items available to change the parameter needed. Appreciate any help on getting this. Thx,

Yes I changed the Installer code years ago from the default to what I have now. I'm able to get into the Installer Mode ok and then I hit next until I'm in the 05 - Define Comm menu. The submenu then goes from 01, 02, 03, 04 and then skips to 17. Apparently this Abbra (Visonic) alarm panel has a Master Installer Code and without that many of the sub menus are hidden.
If you haven’t used the master installer code it should still be available at default value, the only people that change it is the installer. the codes are usually In the installer manual
