You are noticing the circles and holesBut how do you reconcile that with the following post of yours, which seems to be the one which kicked off this whole argument?

It's more like you asking for the keys to the car.I think that is an example of what some here like to a call a straw man.
Can I have the 15mm spanner, sure here you go. There is no approval in that process. It's a request and an action.
But you specifically say
You are explicity saying that, in reaching their opinion as to whether the abortion meets the criteria, they are authorising the abortion.
Make it as big as you like - You don't understand it. The doctors are required to authorise it because they have to assess if the abortion is likely to cause more harm than going term. That is not an approval to abort based on their beliefs, it is simply an assessment on the safety of the procedure. It is no different to them refusing to operate on a fatty because the anaesthetic will likely kill them.
ex instructor of police motorcyclists not ex plod motorcycle instructor. And i think that covers your legal "expertise".
Ex plod.
Nutty as a fruit cake, lol.Make it as big as you like - You don't understand it. The doctors are required to authorise it because they have to assess if the abortion is likely to cause more harm than going term.
Thats a great example because such a failure is a criminal offence. It's more like you asking for the keys to the car.
Have you got a licence, and insurance? I check it, and somebody else checks it. Only then can you have the keys.
It's been approved and authorised. Once we all sign the release form of course
No.Thats a great example because such a failure is a criminal offence.
Road Traffic Act 1988
An Act to consolidate certain enactments relating to road traffic with amendments to give effect to recommendations of the Law Commission and the Scottish Law Commission.www.legislation.gov.uk
Unlike the abortion act
Abortion Act 1967
An Act to amend and clarify the law relating to termination of pregnancy by registered medical practitioners.www.legislation.gov.uk
which has no such requirement
I literally just posted the law - telling you it is.No.
If you asked to borrow my car, it is not up to me to ensure you are legally authorised.
No one is arguing the legalities.which has no such requirement
So the procedure can go ahead if they don't agree the criteria are met? They don't sign it. It's not authorised. Not approved. No - I said doctors are required to approve many aspects of treatment and the process of forming an opinion in the case of abortion is neither authorisation nor approval. It's just a statement of opinion. simple
FFS!No - I said doctors are required to approve many aspects of treatment and the process of forming an opinion in the case of abortion is neither authorisation nor approval. It's just a statement of opinion. simple
I've told you, I'd check.I literally just posted the law - telling you it is.
Did you even read it.?
87 Drivers of motor vehicles to have driving licences.
(1)It is an offence for a person to drive on a road a motor vehicle of any class [F1otherwise than in accordance with] a licence authorising him to drive a motor vehicle of that class.
(2)It is an offence for a person to cause or permit another person to drive on a road a motor vehicle of any class [F2otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising that other person] to drive a motor vehicle of that class.
Wrong and still digging an EMBARRASSING big hole. Dug by a legal "expert"FFS!
You are nuts, lol. Its approval/authorisation. Doctors, nurses, solicitors and lawmakers say the same. Grow up. You were wrong boyo.
Correct. The doctors are required to authorise it
