i had to change the heater plugs on this van, to get to 2 off them i had to take this cam cable attachment on the side of the injecter pump near the engine ( belt end ). i think this thing is part of the cold start engine idle setting, anyway, i put it back correct even though extremely fiddly, but now the cold engine idle setting dosent work even when you move this attachment and i have now developed a fuel leak from somewhere on that side of the pump
