Wales becomes Trumpton

He's using a full year including 3/4 before the limits were put in place to say fatalities went up. Which is misleading at best.

MBK has made his mind up on this and I doubt anything would change it.

Also shows just how few accidents were due to speeding and excess speed.

And of course the back drop is a long term decline in casualties… except not here.

I’m merely pointing out this misleading claim that the 20mph limit has massively reduced casualties. It’s far too early to claim this.

How many of the deaths were in the 20 limits and were not speeding?

You may be arguing that the 20 limits prove the point of course
 
Oh look. The lower speed limited roads appeared to be safer, and this with 9 months of 30mph not 20mph.

So mbk must be agreeing lower speeds are less likely to feature in the ksi figures.

K+SI are incompatible statistically. K very low number SI very high number = combination of the two is therefore statistically meaningless.

The rest of your arguments are of course nonsense.

The reporter says that but the Esure person, who actually monitors the numbers, doesn't.

And mbk isn't simply saying that either, he's trying to prove his point by using non complete evidence from elsewhere, in his usual abusive manner.

That's logically flawed. As long as the stats are processed to the same precision then they can absolutely be combined.
