Poor older noseall doesn’t understand what’s going on..
If the RSPA says they work - good enough for me. Their success has certainly go you rattled.

The RSPA. . do you mean RoSPA? Or the one who look after animals. If the RSPA says they work - good enough for me. Their success has certainly go you rattled.
So far the Wales one has. For someone who says wait and see, you are doing whatever you can to show it doesn't, and won't, work. They also say they don’t achieve much
I thought you said wait a bit longer and see what the outcome is?Explains the reduction in claims too
Oh dear, "RoSPA supports and encourages the wider use of 20mph limits. They have been shown to reduce traffic speed, although not as much as 20mph zones with traffic calming.".BTW RoSPA don’t support blanket 20mph limits.
Oh dear, "And average traffic speed fell by only 0.2 mph 1 year, and by 0.8 ph 3 years after roll-out. "Maybe you should take your own advice and follow the science

Explains the reduction in claims too
Because other long term studies show this..So far the Wales one has. For someone who says wait and see, you are doing whatever you can to show it doesn't, and won't, work.
Follow the science.Oh dear, "And average traffic speed fell by only 0.2 mph 1 year, and by 0.8 ph 3 years after roll-out. "
The speed reductions are not being enforced properly, which is why they say,
"This is an observational study, and is relatively small scale, compared with other similar studies, point out the authors, who add that speed limits may not work so well in isolation.
“Previous research has suggested that 20 mph speed limit interventions should be supplemented with other interventions such as driver training, social marketing, community engagement, closed-circuit television (CCTV), in-car interventions, community interventions (eg, speed watch), and police communications,” they note.
Well find better ones, the ones you have quoted don't say what you think they do.Because other long term studies show this..
You know the difference between a 20 zone (self enforcing) and a blanket limit. But you can pretend you don’t if you want.Oh dear, "RoSPA supports and encourages the wider use of 20mph limits. They have been shown to reduce traffic speed, although not as much as 20mph zones with traffic calming.".
I thought you said it was too early to deduce anything. There are 35 pages of this already. You’re welcome to submit new findings.
I don't know, you keep trying.Dumb and dumber got nothing to add as usual.
