web based email with proper addresss book

Does anyone know of a web based email account that incorporates a proper address book, similar to outlook express. Or is there any address book software that would achieve the same thing and automatically link to the email account.

Why not use gmail? (google mail) Has contact etc and tasks just like Outlook

I would suggest gmail too. Not only does it have a decent address book but you can sync your gmail address book with most smartphones so you can have all your contacts stored in the cloud. If you have an iDevice however I'd get a cloud email address
