Weed killer / composite decking

May be a silly question

But is weed killer safe to use around composite decking?

Just in case of staining etc

I would suggest reading the instructions with the particular weed killer you intend to use. Different killers have different properties.
If in doubt try a test patch in an inconspicuous area first and see what happens.

I thought one was supposed to spray the weeds not the decking
but have a read , it may give a clue
