Hello, my AEG Electrolux washer dryer was not draining properly and was leaking water on the floor.
I up-ended it and found the little manual drain hose had come away so I re fixed that.
However, on trying to start a wash the door lock now continually clicks on and off and goes no further. It doesn’t like drying either. Sort of has a go then clicks off and unlocks after 20 seconds.
It could be that this problem started at the same time as the water leak or tilting the machine has caused it.
Could it be a wet electrical part?
Is there an anti tilt mechanism I might have disturbed or an anti flood one?
Any other ideas what I should look at please?
Edit: just tried again. Dryer still the same so I tried a 30 degree wash and it seems to have started at the moment. I bet it was a wet part…
