What can I use for a garage floor paint over Arditex NA self leveling?

I had a very rough and damaged garage floor, so used Arditex NA self levelling. Floor looks nice and smooth now. I would like to paint it (or seal it??), but am very confused as lots of paints say to not use on self levelling.

Can you please suggest what I can use to paint/seal Arditex NA self levelling?

And why is it that so many garage floor paints cannot be used for this?

It is because of the low to zero absorption of the self levelling compound. Different makes have differing results so may be worth asking the manufacturer of your brand what they recommend using.
