What have you bought today?

So have those blue disposable face masks. I paid £22 for a box of 50 a while ago when you could get them after the initial rush and shortage had died down. This time I paid just over £6.

Think I paid about £13 for 50 about a month or thereabouts back, still haven't opened the box!

Another 100 Nespresso coffee capsules. Getting through approximately 50 a month which isn’t too bad I suppose.

Having plastered one half of the kitchen ceiling, needed to cut holes for the new downlighters, 66mm diameter, bought a set from toolstation which had a 65mm, near enough, I have quite a collection of hole cutters but every bleedin time I buy a light, the hole size required is different.

A new cushioned wood base for my laptop.
It would appear sitting with it on my actual lap was causing it to overheat and switch off unexpectedly.

A set of these for our new look conservatory to go with a small statue of Ganesh

I bought a couple of bottles of tomato feed, so, along with the pots, the compost and the plants themselves, I reckon my home grown toms' will work out at about £4.50 each. I don't even like tomato's.
Easy done, lol. Cheaper to grow from seed :)
You doing runner beans this year? It was you who eats them raw wasn't it?

I harvested some runners the other day along with some other crops. I like having a nibble at raw beans and cabbage leaves.

A pair of Musto HPX Sailing trousers. Half price, but still eye wateringly expensive.
