What is this brass component on my UFH distribution board

This brass component is leaking. I can't find anything that looks like it online to try to get a replacement. The top bit looks like an automatic air vent, but the body?
Any help identifying this would be appreciated!
 
Thanks. You could be right Or just a deaerator? I just found Caleffi Discal deaerators that look a bit like this.
