What is this D shaped Fastener? (See Pic)

Hi, while moving house and disassembling my Baumhaus mobel oak dining table, 2 of the bolt fasteners disintegrated.

Can anyone please tell me what these are called and where I can find them? See picture.

They slot into a circle and hold the bolt in place to grip against the nut.

Unfortunately, The company that makes the table aren’t responding to my request for a replacement part.

Any help is much appreciated.

AFAIK they do come in several sizes, though. 26mm seems to ring a bell for some reason

Yes , those in furniture tend to be smaller around 15-20mm
