I have one of them prefab concrete garages which has a corrugated roof (probably asbestos) and a wooden fascia board and capping.

The capping boards and fascia have rotted which I need to replace. What kind of wood should I use. Should I use pressure treated timber or will normal planed redwood suffice?

The only problem with pressure treated timber is it difficult to find the right size. I need 115mm wide x 15mm thick

The cladding has also started to rot but I might be able to get hold of some treated shiplap for that.

Any advise appreciated.

Plastic.

Sorry, probably doesn't help, but it won't rot!
