I do not think so, in my opinion she is yet another scapegoat. Sunak was the chancellor when we wasted/lost many billions of pounds to family and friends of politicians with PPE, track and trace, furlough schemes, work from home rebates and more. The amount of sleaze in the tens of billions and we probably do not know half of it. If someone f*cked the economy look no further. Truss stayed on for a few weeks, and no matter what changes she had wanted to make, nothing came close to implementation, let alone long term effects. She was removed I presume because she did not obey orders, like all the others do. Our economy being bad, and let me add check on France and Germany for "bad", but anyway, is a direct result of our foreign policy, which is the US's foreign policy. The US of course can go head to head up against China and Russia, because the US has independent resources, Germany has built their empire on cheap Russia gas, which is no more, so now they are digging up coal, France are base don cheap resources from exploiting poor african nations, but guess what, that ship is also sailing, and the UK is not much better, north sea exploration stopped and we put windfall tax on the exploration companies. But no matter what we do, we cannot for a minute match the resources of the US, Russia and China, so we suffer more. Not Liz Truss to blame. No, I would not vote for her, just saying.
