I am in the process of building a new patio and need to raise a manhole and it's cover to what will be the new finished level.
The top of the manhole currently sits 40cm below what will be the finished level of the patio. I want to raise the sides and cover with a recessed cover that I can lay the Indian sandstone in.
The manhole is made of pre-cast concrete which balloons into a chamber below the surface. The current cover is approx 70 x 55cm. However I can't seem to work out which risers to use for that size and can't find the right sized recessed cover.
I've included a photo in case that's helpful. The finished level of the patio will be the top of the sleepers.
Any help is appreciated.
