Where and what are these blue clips?

My boy keeps lifting up this step going from the line into the kitchen.
Was thinking of getting more clips but can’t find them.
Any ideas where they are or a better way to fix it?

The thing comes complete; bottom bar which sticks down to the floor, blue clips, top bar which (unreliably) fixes into the blue clips. They are crap. I've never seen the blue clips sold separately.

Didn’t get bored, and now it’s bent, not starting put.
Where can I get these from?

I find that the Dural Multifloor bars which fix down using plastic plugs drilled into the floor are more reliable:
