Where to buy this type of threshold

Due to some water ingress, we need to replace the wooden Threshold by a balcony door.
Where can I buy something with this type of chamfer (is that what it is called?)

11cm wide x 92cm long
with a 3cm chamfered edge

Also what is it actually called, (so I can google better)

I reckon that’s a bit of standard 120mm chamfered Skirting laid flat
