I have a Bosch fridge, cost about £400 when I bought it around 3 years ago.
I had a technical query regarding it and phoned Bosch assuming I would get some great advice on the phone, however it seems that their support department only quote from the manual and that outside of that they don't provide any kind of tech support or advice on the phone. In other words anyone who reads the user manual knows as much as their 'support' department.
This really surprised me, I mean it's Bosch, they're supposed to be good ....... aren't they?
On the back of that, if I get a new fridge, which manufacturer not only sells good models but also provides 'proper' tech support and advice on the phone?
I'll create a separate thread regarding the issue which caused me to phone them.
