That isn't torus. I looks more like ogee skirting. The top edge is tapered, not square.
As is the case with torus, ogee will vary from one supplier to the next.

Brought a Torus from B&Q today and it looks like this:
I need to put this along a new plasterboard wall that meets the current skirting as show in my initial post.
Can someone please advise.
