Which Virtual Tour Software?

I'd like to create a virtual tour of our school, as part of a project for the children. Can anyone recommend a good place to start and what free software is out there to create virtual tours? One thats easy to follow for the children!

What equipment would we need? We currently use Samsung 10MP digital cameras and the Flip video cameras, are these OK or will we need something better.

There is a free one out there that lets you join edit, add music etc.
Cant remember what its called, & its on the other pc, which takes a week to boot up.

Thanks, but it talks about making dvd movies and not about creating vitrual tours.

Anyone else tried making virtual tours?
