Whirlpool Dispenser Control Board

Hello, I purchased a new display control board for my Whirlpool fridge (part# W11387384). Fridge Model # WRV986FDEM00, Serial # K53709540. Once I hooked it up the LED lights and icons lit up. After 2 minutes they all shut off as they should except for the Cup Icon and the word "ICE". They stay on all the time. Is this normal or is the board bad or does it mean something else? I have a picture if needed.
