White grout cleaning and whitening help

So I have a small room where some of the white grout has black mole spots in places, I would like to remove and make the exhisting groat whiter.

Any help grateful

If it is just the grout, the above or even bleach may work. If it is the silicone, it may be the case that nothing will work.
