When it's very cold, moisture drips from the felt under the tiles of the roof. It could be up to 50 years old (70's house) so it will not be breathable. No issues whatsoever during the heaviest rainfall.
Currently, there does not seem to be any source of fresh air (no eaves providing this) so if I had a 100mm or 150mm circular air vent created on the far left and another on the far right of the breeze block wall shown in the photo, would that solve the problem?
