Will these lights support LED Bulbs ?

Yes but some GU10 LED lamps do have old shapes so you may find some makes foul.

They look like standard mains voltage GU10 lamps, so I would say yes.
If you plan to connect to a dimmer then compatible Led lamps for the dimmer would be needed.
For a standard lightswith any Gu10 led should work
