Win 10 system restore Failed

Hi
I have win 10 ( the Free one ) installed.
I will not do a system restore. At one point it would do a restore in safe mode, but now wont even do that. I Get " Unspecified error 0x80070003 .Things that I have done so far that I can glean from the web.
Disabled anti virus and Malware protection
Tried the Scannow file checker but no problems found.
Shadow volume thingy is enabled and set to Auto.
So far nothing has worked
Anybody else had this problem ????

All quite legit... Read about it, follow instructions. Functions on my win10 pro setup - Vers 1803 latest OS build (and previous iterations).

Not had your problem tho'.
