My HP Pavilion laptop, is my default machine, and it gets fairly frequent Win10 updates. The Dell desktop, bought a few months ago, is rarely turned on, but I only remember one Win10 Update being offered - WHY?

This is the laptop, since Nov 2023 - It is set to get Previews, I wonder if that might be it?
