Windows 10 Updates Paused

Hi,

I'm running Window 10 Pro (Version 1903, Build 18362. 476). For a couple of weeks I've not been getting any updates. Had a look in "Check for Updates" and found that it is paused. when I click on the pause option, which should be a toggle, nothing happens. I then went into "Advanced Options" below and found that it was paused till late Jan 2020!

I've never used pause so not sure how it happened. As it won't let me turn it off I set the pause to turn off the next day but next time it gets reset to Jan 2020.

How can I turn off the pause so that I can get some updates?

Might be worth checking the clock and date are correct on your computer, if it has been changed or the internal battery (often a coin type one called
a CMOS or BIOS) is faulty you can get all sorts of errors.
