Wireless mismatch Pyronix enforcer EN32GB

We had a problem with the Alarm going off reporting input 3 tamper on input. If we reset the alarm kept going we had to call an emergency alarm specialist out. He said the fault was the batteries in the siren when they became flat. He and disconnected the battery in the siren and the battery in the control panel. He said we could replace the batteries easily our selves as he didn't have any with him.
On installing new batteries the same/similar fault kept appearing Input 3 tamper on test. After research I entered the engineers menu and tried to do a clean start code 2000 just clearing the logs and keeping codes and wireless data. This did stop the yellow warning symbol but now we get a message wireless mismatch input 1,2,3,4. Any advice on how to sort this ? the control panel seems to know it has 4 inputs still learnt in its menu.

Did you find the guy in the plumber section of the yellow pages? What a botch ‘fix’ that’s been done here…. How much did it skin you?

Nope …. Instead of asking first you have deleted the wireless devices ….the engineer you called out was also clueless as it’s telling you what the issue is ! Device 3 ( whatever that is has a tamper issue) device 3 is not the bell and why he disconnected the panel battery ….god knows

It is a wireless system with the panel and alarm running off batteries

Re learn the devices for a start ….go into program inputs and find out what 4 inputs are for a start , make a note of this for example input 1 is the front door , you now need to re learn the front door first , ect ect ect ….find out what is zone 3 and post picture of the device …

An update if another layperson gets wireless mismatch error message. The control unit has a learnt device but doesn't know what it is. So I had to go into wireless device control and the sub menu Change inputs to assign the already learnt devices with a code for final exit/ intruder etc.
Back to the original problem the zone 3 tamper fault reappeared immediately. So as a temporary fix I have deleted that device and unassigned it. The error message is no longer displayed. So no more alarm randomly going off. When I have more time. I will do a walk test and find which device is no longer assigned. Its either a PIR or the patio door from the location indicated.

A bit of back story the alarm was inherited it is fitted to my son and fiancees house which they moved in to earlier this year. The alarm went off in the middle of the night and could not be stopped. The next morning it stopped on its own. But come 4 0 Clock on a Sunday night it started up again. We rang the company on the box. The guy on the phone told us to try a few codes which didn't do anything he was obviously reading from a manual himself as you could hear paper being turned. In the end he said they couldn't do anything else as we had no service agreement I asked if I could just take the batteries out he laughed and said you cant do that the box will need reprogramming. By now 3 neighbors had knocked to tell us the alarm was going off. At this point in desperation we rang an emergency alarm call out company their engineer said he knew exactly what it was the batteries in the pyronix siren box start to fail and that sets the alarm off and it was particularly a problem in when it started to get cold. He said it was a reason he no longer fitted them. This seemed to fit with the alarm going off when it got cold at night. So he came and disconnected the batteries which we would have done if the original company had not said I shouldn't.
