Wiring a central heating boiler timer

I got a new Immermat flash timer. It 4 terminals: Live in, Neutral in, Live out and Neutral out.
There are only 3 wire coming into the timer: brown, black and grey. How do I connect the wires to the terminals.

Are you sure you have bought the correct timer? The Immerstat is intended for electrical immersion heaters, not for gas/oil central heating boilers.

What was the old timer?

Why would you need a neutral out ?, the stat switches on the live not on both
