wiring a triple light switch

how do i wire this triple light switch http://postimg.org/image/ntqkln0h7/ . also i have no ground , and there are four wires in the wall two positive two negative. this is how the old one was connected http://postimg.org/image/8zrh2uuyd/full/. thanks in advance!

If you think those AC cables are positive and negative your knowledge is sufficiently lacking that I suggest you call in a sparks.

got it working , phase goes to L of first key, L1 and L2. one of three remaining wires goes to L1 of first key. second remaining wire to L11 or L12 and third one to L21 or L22.
