Worcester boiler juddering fault.

Hi all.
New to site and searching for answers.
I have a Worcester Bosch MT10 combo boiler. It’s 5 yrs old.
Usually efficient and quiet.
Now, suddenly, it sounds like a machine gun. Loud sporadic clicking and then rumbling around the pipe work.
First I switched the boiler off and bled the radiators, then checked that the water pressure in the boiler was ok.
No change.
Then I switched off the mains water supply, emptied all the pipes to move any air pockets and eliminate water hammer.
No change in boiler but pipes are better.
Then heating engineer came out and changed boiler diverter valve. (My warranty ended 2 months ago!)
No change.
Still making intermittent rattling/ vibrating/ machine gun noises.
My neighbours have complained about the noise happening through the night, affecting sleep.
What can I do now?
Thanks for reading x

MT10 is the model of the time, not the boiler.

Could be the fan possibly? If you're not confident with your local engineer, get a different one or call Worcester out on a fixed price repair
