Anyone know how to set on up?
Keep going round in circles, system asks for a password then when I try to set up parental control ask me for password again and then asks me to set up another account and so on .Cannot access any help as the Microsoft site ask me to parental approval even though I am the parent.?

Has 'someone' been trying to break the parent lock? Ask on the Xbox forum.

No, can't access the forum, keep getting authorize as adult restriction.

Hmm I can feel your pain, Microsoft access can be a nightmare if it goes pair shape, (I speak from bitter experience) consider asking on one of the good gaming forums, maybe Eurogamer or similar.
