Yale Smart Living app

Just about to have a Yale HSA alarm fitted and trying to download the app.
We have windows phones so not compatible but husband has a Lenovo Yoga tablet with Android 5.1.
When we try to download the app we get a message saying system isn't compatible?
Any ideas please?

We downloaded it onto our son's iphone and set it up no problem and we checked one of the other YALE apps on husbands tablet and had no problems. It's not a huge issue anyway as now set up and it sends txt to our phones if the alarm is activated.
We just use the keypad to arm and disarm it, which we knew we would have to do anyway.
On the screwfix site a professional gives the system a great review and it's better value than the other YALE alarm systems.
We're very happy with it.

Having looked at a forum for the Lenovo tablet it appears there's a general problem with them regarding loading app's so that's possibly the problem.
