Been there. It would be quite nice, without the bad people. Ruled by despots and armed by Iran.

Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Republic of Korea, United Kingdom, and the United States

Funnily enough three EU countries there...

But before you start waving the union jack, sending 4 aircraft on a 3,000 mile round trip isn't exactly a strong show of force.
Where are our mighty carriers? After all this is what they were designed for isn't it?

Oh but that's right, they don't work properly, don't have supports ships, and are both tied up in Portsmouth because it was pointed out at the beginning that three were needed to keep one at sea at all times. They don't even routinely have aircraft on board.
And apparently it's too risky sending one to that region anyway!

AFAIK Israel prefers to kill children by bombing them. Is that better?

And mostly uses adults as human shields.
