Hello Lads,
Having a problem converting zip files that i have downloaded from a dropbox and even though the programme to unlock them has a adobe sign on the file i cant get them to open any help would be most appreciated.......Thanks

If an 'archive utility' is what you actually need, I have found IzArc ('eyeZarc') to be a pretty decent freeby...

No need to accept the offered anti-malware program during installation.

The Windows 'Compressed Folders' should be able to expand a ZIP file or you can use the good 7ZIP which also does RARs. There is a newer ZIP file format which compresses JPEGS for the first time which needs WinZip.

You can also download WinRAR for free from some sites like softpedia and many more. I always use WinRAR and its great.

If you mean that the zipped file's icon is an adobe icon then it looks like your file associations are wrong, ie an adobe program is trying to unzip them.

Download winrar, 7zip etc and the associations will be corrected
