Something called Zopim has arrived on my new Win 7 computer. I don't want it whatever it is, but can find no information on the internet as to how to remove it. How did it get there anyway? I am not someone who browses dodgy sites. :?
 
Its a live chat widget, most likely just a hyperlink on the desktop.

Look at its properties and it will point to any files - then just delete it.
