coving

I need to replace a piece of coving. Obviously this would have to match the existing coving. Is coving more or less standardised? I have looked online but can'r seem to see an exact match. I have attached a picture, can anyone recognise this? Size is approx, 70mm(H) and 60mm (W). comments...

Apologies if Ive missed this thread somewhere else. Moved into new house, no wall paper on walls just paint. Unfortunately the corners between walls and ceilings are cracked quite a bit. Other than just filling the cracks is it possible to put coving up on painted walls? Thanks
