Agreed. It is a fixed load, no plug or FCU required. note the label says that “any plug” fitted to the oven should have a fuse of 13amp or more.

If the supply is from a cooker MCB with a higher rating than the oven flex is capable of carrying safely, wouldn't that present a dangerous scenario if an overload occurred that exceeded the capacity of the flex, but wasn't enough to trip the MCB?
It’s not an issue. Take a look at the (fixed wiring) for the hob. There’s only one neutral conductor. How big do you reckon that is? 1.5mm² maybe?
It would, BUT an oven is (incredibly) "unlikely to create an overload", so even BS7671 acknowledges that overload protection may be omitted (provided there is adequate 'fault' protection, which there almost certainly will be).
