Best tool to cut Bath Panel Mdf

But will it cope holding the tongue and groove part up as I'm just going to push the top part under the bath

You will need to extend the 2x2 frame all round to hold clips.

Managed to get this done trimmed the mdf panel using a fine saw,siliconed round the bottom and sides.

In the end I decided to tile underneath the panel had to rip a few tiles up (wish I'd ripped the end one up now so the grout varies, I don't know why I didn't do it)
