Brexiteer champion jumps ship...

people make mistakes in life, intelligent ones learn from them, stupid ones dont

you are a:
brexit supporter- No I’ve no interest in it and never have
Trump supporter- He’s better than Joe
climate change denier- Yes that’s TRUE
anti vaxxer- I won’t take the vaccine, that doesn’t make me anti vax.
etc
etc

you need to go away and have a think why you arent able to learn from your mistakes

I notice in 2018 you slate labour!!

What party do you favour now ?

There was a gain from Brexit. A pot of money. Recent comment - so far £4b is all that has been spent, Actually a gov report in some ways mentions a lower figure
Also some levelling up money was coming back from the EU. That funding was set to continue but the only case mentioned was Wales. Their politicians not their publiic who just wanted out on a majority basis.
Get back in - I'd suspect we couldn't afford it even with current increased taxation.

The video is was interesting. The EU in some respects has become a toxic subject as far as politicians are concerned. Always worried about the press and media outcomes rather than what makes sense. So far they haven't really made much of an attempt on getting any comments on the subject from Starmer but probably will due to make Brexit work. He wont like being drawn on the subject. Probably want a series of steps etc and then comes the buts from all sorts. Actually as it must include negotiations clear answers aren't possible. Discussions would even be needed to see if there are any possibilities.

i didnt care whether it would have cost me money , bit like leaving a guy leaving a shyte marriage you know its going to be shyte for a few years then everything comes together
Why did far rage stay in it for so long?

Jeremy Corbyn was leader of Labour in 2018, whilst I approve of some of his policies, he had no political strategy and no ability to lead a party into power

You only seem to be capable of taking the most binary stance, what a shame for you.

I find it pretty disgusting Farage is quite happy to keep his nice fat EU pension
It’s coming out of the EU budget that we don’t pay towards anymore. He worked there so he's entitled - why does that disgust you? Should employees that leave companies for whatever reason not be entitled to any pension accrued then?

Indeed.

But you seem to change your mind and political allegiance like I change my socks.

So, Are you Labour or don’t you know ?

thats a pretty clever question

I find it pretty disgusting Farage is quite happy to keep his nice fat EU pension
It was like he went into a marriage planning the divorce from the outset

He could only do some of the things he wanted to do while interest rates were low. Seen as Marxist ideas by some.

Similar ideas where it allowed all sorts of things to be done in another country lifted an enormous number of people out of poverty. They had some terrible problems on the way. Similar in some ways can be said about Putin from when he said old style communist ideas are a load of crap.

So what's going to be better then?

It was supposed to better immediately.

Sounds like excuses to me
who told you it was going to be better straight away never seen any big bus saying that .
What excuses i dont give a shyte how it turns out as long as we are away from EU and its corrupt system regardless if it costs me more

Wasn't it something like...

"They need us more than we need them" and
" there will be no downsides, only considerable upsides "

Amongst others.
