Can anyone identify this "THING"

just noticed this one.
I can confirm it is called a "racalite"
the box shown is the controller.
external passive infra reds were mounted outside and wired back to the controller
the controller then operated mains lights (what ever you put on it)
it was mains operated, but the passive infra reds were 12v
the slider was for the duration of the "on time"
the switch was for OFF, ON or pir operated.
they were the first of many, but there were very unreliable, quite often the pirs would fill with water, the solution? two holes drilled in the bottom. if you have one good luck, they are way past their sell by date
