Clicking radiator NON STOP help!

Just realized that the two rads closest to the one in the bedroom (office and garage rads) click slightly. Not close to what the bedroom one does though. The rad in the garage is also always turned off. It’s a complete mystery. I’m really worried that something happened after we removed second rad in bedroom when renovating
