Comments please on the roof top workmanship

Looks like new build standard that workmanship.
It's not the best, no:(.

More of a lack of effort rather than will. It is a faff at this junction where the two dry valleys meet at the top, which are often proud of the tiles. He should have weathered the first cutter course with the lead, then made an effort to bring the next course of tiles all the way through - whole and weathered the lead under that course. The GRP upstands could be trimmed (grinder) to allow the lead to sit better.

Look at it like a chimney front apron - it maybe not the best looking but it's doing a job.
 
There is no reason to see any of that lead. Lack of effort or skill maybe. Or judging by the hammer dressing couldn't give a toss
