Imagine you are English speaking German citizen, business or IT consultant, Your employer needs you to work in Manchester for a 6 month project. Sure no problem.

OK let's just hire in Germany, because they can work anywhere. Ahh wait, they are a pain in a*** to deal with if they stop performing.. due to their tough employment rights..
