Lol at the police describing the cow ( in fact a calf/ heifer) as rampaging through the streets. Probably escaped going to slaughter, They have a strong sense of when their time is up. Maybe this one deserves a reprieve in one of the city farms

The short section of video at the start, made it unclear whether he was being followed, or chased - what became clear later, was that the same guy became rightfully, very upset with the police, after they rammed it.
