We run a dog rescue. He came to be on foster for a few weeks to recover from the abuse he'd been through and to be assessed.

That was 3 and a half years ago! He decided he wasn't going anywhere lol

My previous boys, now at Rainbow Bridge

I've a Patterdale / Working Cocker cross .................................. now that's energetic!
I saw a Patt/lab the other day.
Jack will retrieve a ball all day no matter how long it takes to find, I've got him responding to hand signals now and voice commands to go to an area and stop in a certain area to find it. Clever bugger watched me collecting conkers for the grand children and taught himself to find them by scent and bring them to me.

All going to their new homes tomorrow. Well, all except one, Daisy, the smallest one of the litter that my friend who bred them is keeping. One to Yorkshire, one to Northern Ireland, one to Surrey and two are remaining in Essex. She lost two of them shortly after birth - they just weren’t taking milk. :(

Growing up now. Out on her first walk and being shown some 'big dogs' in the field.

getting a dog is a large commitment which most people dont think into too much, its a huge time and effort sinkhole. only get one if your in the right space

Hello Craig

I've questioned if I have done the right thing with these two 5 & 11 months at the time rescue dogs. But seeing how much they love each other and how the little one loves my Cat warms my heart. Lovely dogs but do love a shįt and a pīss in the house... they are getting better...
