Earth wire connections

I want to connect 6mm Earthwire from a bathroom into one of the bathroom power circuits as it must not be taken back to a Consumer board.

I have a 20 amp junction box # with cables fitted for the bathroom and the 6mm is too large to fit into the Earth terminal in that box.

Is it acceptable to fit another 20 amp junction box and connect the 6mm Earth wire into it and then from that box via 4mm cable into the other junction box#

Any suggestions as to the best way to achieve this.

Sink basin H + C to C.H. towel rail flow + Return to pan C.W. to Bidet C.W. + H.W to Electric shower 15 mm dia C.W. supply to Bathroom circuit wiring, (NOT direct to Consumer unit) Mira shower connection is pre-wired to 15mm attachment that connects to C.W 15mm dia supply. (16mm, required to suit length of run, Shower cable via 60 amp DP neon ceiling pull switch, 16mm Grey Twin/Earth will go back DIRECT to a 30mA RCD in the Consumer box when replaced) Earth connections under timber floor; photographed and recorded for future reference.

Which edition of BS7671 are you following, since 2008 all items in a bathroom have been RCD protected and there is no requirement to local bond.

When you have the consumer unit replaced it will have RCDs so, with other requirements satisfied, no Supplementary Bonding will be required. It is NOT EARTHING.

However:

Are the basin, pan, bidet and shower C.W. supply not from the same pipe?

Why do you need connections under the floor?
If you can run all the cables to one position then you can use continuous wires.

That's not strictly true. There is a definite requirement to carry out supplementary equipotential bonding unless ALL of a number of conditions are met.

Many are simply odd-shaped washbasins with taps, which happen to be on lower pedestals than usual.
